Best Miniverse Make It Mini for Fantasy Nerds
Welcome, Fantasy Nerds! We’ve been into the Make It Mini crafts lately and thought it would be fun to share our favorites with you. If you’ve never heard of Make It Mini, get ready for your next obsession! They are one part craft and one part blind-box collectible, so you are sure to enjoy them if you are a fan of either.
Make It Minis come in various themed sets, which you will see below. Inside the capsule, you will get a random collectible from the featured set, which you craft yourself so you can be proud to display your creations. Here are our top picks for Fantasy Nerds!
Harry Potter Potions
These Harry Potter potion-making kits were what first got Clever hooked on Make It Mini. I’m really into any Harry Potter collectibles and crafting, so they were a lot of fun to make. You can see the photos of my very first potion-making experience by clicking through the slideshow above!
I ended up finding this potions classroom set on clearance at Target and was thrilled. I put it together to use as a display for all my future potions! It was a fun building experience, and I loved all the details. Click through the slideshow to see how it turned out.
Lord of the Rings Replicas
WTF saw these Lord of the Rings weapon-making kits and had to get them! The packaging of the set is beautiful and detailed, I personally loved the mini map of Middle Earth and the tiny potion bottle the most.
It comes with a mold, and the resin you need to create the blade! Along with two blade handles, just in case you mess up, which I did…
The detail of the runes on the blade blew me away, the attention to detail on all of their sets is incredible!
My weapon was supposed to be Andúril, Flame of the West, but I messed this up not only once but twice! So I ended up more so with the Shards of Narsil. Still, it works and I learned my lesson for next time! These are a very fun craft, and I look forward to making more!
Harry Potter Honeydukes Candy

As soon as Clever saw the release of these Honeydukes Make It Minis, she knew she had to have them! I waited for a sale at Target and bought a few of them, which I’ve been slowly revealing and crafting. You can see all my completed treats in the gallery above. Which is your favorite?
On my wishlist is this Honeydukes Trolley, that just came out, to display all the candy I made!
Halloween Beetlejuice Food
Halloween Foods Series 1

While this is a set we missed out on, and doesn’t seem to be available anymore, we thought it was fitting for this list. Fantasy Nerds love Halloween and these spooky treats seem fun to make. Clever especially loves the bat-wing Pumpkin Spice Latte in this set. We’re hoping they will come out with more Halloween foods this year, so we have a chance to collect some!
