Best Squishmallows for Fantasy Nerds

Welcome, Fantasy Nerds! This week, we are posting about another one of our obsessions…Squishmallows! You can’t help but love these soft, adorable plushies. To make things even better, they come in so many fantasy-themed characters and designs. Read along to see our favorites!

Halloween 

Squishmallows are known for regular seasonal releases, and the Halloween ones are always our favorite. You can get so many fantasy-themed plushies during this time. It’s always exciting to see what they will come up with each year. You can see our collection of Halloween Squishmallows above. All the witches, potions, and cauldrons are a must-have for Fantasy Nerds!

Harry Potter

Squishmallow often creates plushies based on various fandoms, so of course, there are Harry Potter Squishmallows. You can find plushies of various main characters, like Harry, Ron, and Hermione, as well as magical creatures and the sorting hat! There are even Hogwarts House plushies, of which Clever obviously got the Ravenclaw version right away. Clever has quite a few of the Harry Potter Squishmallows, which you can see above, though she hasn’t completed the whole collection.

Pokémon 

Not to be outdone by the wizarding world, Pokémon has a vast array of Squishmallows to choose from. Clever’s favorites are the jumbo-sized ones. The obsession started when her husband ordered her the jumbo Dragonite, not realizing how big it actually was! Now she’s added a slightly smaller Togepi to the mix, and the newly released Eevee is next on her list. WTF has the adorable Teddiursa in her collection. If these aren’t your favorite Pokémon, there are over a dozen to choose from, and more are continuously being released!

Dragons

Squishmallows are known for their “characters”, the most popular of which are re-released in different seasonal outfits or designs. You might be surprised to learn there have been dozens of dragon characters released over the years; I know we were! We’ve showcased just a few options in the photos above, but they come in just about any color or pattern you can imagine. If you’re looking for a soft and cuddly dragon friend, then Squishmallows is the way to go.

Sanrio

You can also get your favorite Sanrio characters as Squishmallows! Cinnamaroll, Hello Kitty, Kuromi and more. A couple of WTF’s Sanrio squishmallows are also Halloween themed, which we love. Clever has Cinnamonroll dressed as an elf from the Christmas release. Keep an eye out for the holiday releases!
